Ann Marie DeLuca

Embarking on a wise woman’s journey can help you or someone you know with any of the following: being good to yourself, self-compassion, being your own best friend and healthy lifestyle choices. Educational choices and decisions, spirituality, relationships, marital status, finding meaning, self- discovery and self-awareness, time management, priorities, transitions, stress reduction, image, creativity and life balance.

 

Ann Marie shares and explores lessons and wisdom learned throughout her own career, life and experiences which include professionalism, body image, being a woman in the work environment, self- compassion, feelings, sensitivities, peer pressure, being different, weight management, wellness, stress management, values, your role in the home and society, families, disease, illness in your own life or in your family, being a caregiver and grief.

 

She teaches you tools to help yourself through your own transitions. Life continues to change and transform and she helps you to develop skills for navigating these life changes and creating a life that is nourishing. She helps you discover and develop skills in knowing when its right, listening, trusting, intuition and navigating the unknown. Each Creative Exploration session may be different and may include creative movement, art, photography, collage, healing, exploring, music, memories, choices, walks in nature, exploring dreams, etc.

 

Ann Marie is a photographer, artist, business professional, educator and creative mentor with a deep passion for working with young adults to seniors to unlock the doors of self-expression and creativity. She brings together many years of professional business experience along with her lifelong studies in psychology, spirituality, creative expression, creative art therapy with the practice of yoga and movement.
